The Deuce will cast James Franco in the season 2 as staffers have reported no complaints about his behavior on the show.
Golden Globe winner James Franco plays twin brother in the Deuce and we will be seeing him again in The Deuce Season 2. Franco behavior was questioned when 5 Los Angeles women step forward with the sexual misconduct allegation against him.

According to the Variety news report, Franco allegation has nothing to do with The Deuce. The Drama presents a story of legalized and ensuring the rise of adult industry in New York. Presently, the script work is going rapidly.
The Deuce creator David Simon told to variety “Personally I can only speak knowledgeably to The Deuce. I’ve checked with all my fellows’ producer and other personnel. We have no complainant or complaint or any awareness of any incident of concern Involving Mr. Franco. Nor has HBO been approached with a complaint.”
When Franco appeared on CBS’ The Late Show on 9 January 2018, he told the host that all allegations were not accurate. He added that he supports their voice and “don’t want to shut their voice”.
Subsequently, he faced Seth Meyers on his Late Night show and revealed that the conversation should take place obviously.
“There are people, woman and others who have not been a part of this conversation. I have my own side of the story, but I believe in these people that have been underrepresented getting their stories out, enough that I will hold back things I could say just I believe in that much.”
