As per various online tabloids, Arbuckle currently works as a chiropractor. He began pursuing his professional shortly after graduating from Brigham Young University in 1995 in human biology.
After BYU, Gary continued his further studies at the Western States Chiropractic College in Portland.
Back in his BYU days, Arbuckle was the university mascot Cosmo and was an avid marathon runner. He even won a Body For Life fitness competition in 1999 alongside Amy.
