Law & Order star is married twice. The 50 years old actress was first married to Thomas Zizzo. The former couple first met in New York while her ex-husband was working as a DJ at a club in Manhattan.
After dating for a couple of years, they married in December 1991 at St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Soon after tying the knot, the pair welcomed their first child together. His son, Thomas Zizzio Jr., was born in New York, the United States of America.
Sadly, the ex-pair's relationship did not work out, and they separated. They divorced after getting married for few years. Jayne relocated to Los Angeles to pursue her dream to be a singer.
Erika Jayne’s Second Marital Life
The 50 years old television personality was married to Thomas Girardi. Jayne’s marriage with Girardi was her second one.
Jayne and her second husband first met while working as a cocktail waitress at the Los Angeles restaurant Chasen’s. While they first met, Jayne was 27 years old, whereas her second husband was 33 years older than her.
During one of the interviews, Jayne claimed that she was often judged for the age difference in their relationship. They got married in January 2000.
Jayne made it into the reality television show, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills but kept her relationship off the camera. However, Girardi made occasional appearances on the show.
On 3rd November 2020, the singer filed for divorce after being married for around 21 years. Jayne released a statement where she confirmed ending her marriage with Tom Girardi. She wrote:
This is not a step taken lightly or easily. I have great love and respect for Tom and for our years and the lives we built together. It is my absolute wish to proceed through this process with respect and with the privacy that both Tom and I deserved.
As per divorce court files, Tom asked her to pay spousal support and even requested to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support to her. She even asked him to pay her attorney fees.
A month later, in December, Jayne’s second husband responded to the divorce. He mentioned irreconcilable differences as the reason behind their separation.

Erika Jayne’s Legal Issues
A month after the divorce announcement, Jayne and her former partner, Tom Girardi, were dragged into controversy after being sued for allegedly using their separation to embezzle money.
As per the court documents, the former couple was sued by law firm Edelson PC on behalf of numerous families who lost loved ones in the Boeing plane crash. As per the documents, they embezzled settlements funds that were supposed to help the families who lost loved ones on Lion Air Flight 610. The media reported that the divorce was a part of hiding assets.
In December 2020, a law firm asked a federal judge to stop Jayne from selling designer clothing online to recover $2 million in missing money owed to victims.
