One of the most influential chefs in the world, Anthony Michael Bourdain aka Anthony Bourdain is no more with us. The late American chef, author, television personality, and travel documentarian Anthony Bourdain died on June 8, 2018.
Bourdain’s close friend Eric Ripert found him unresponsive in his hotel room in Strasbourg, France. Bourdain was found dead in his hotel room, of a suspected suicide. Speaking of Anthony Bourdain’s married life and ex-wives, he was married twice. Bourdain was first married to his high school sweetheart Nancy Putkoski in 1985. After two decades of the married relationship, the couple got divorced in 2005.
Just after around two years of divorcing ex-wife Putkoski, Anthony Bourdain married Ottavia Busia, MMA fighter on April 20, 2007. Bourdain once revealed that his restaurant business brought them together as, during that time, he was traveling the world and Busia was busy working in a restaurant.
The couple welcomed their first child, Ariane Bourdain in the same year of their marriage. Currently, Ariane is 11 years old.
Sadly, back in 2016, Bourdain revealed that the couple has separated and has been living separate lives for years without any dramas and scenes created.
It’s true that Bourdain and Busia were separated, but Bourdain never finalized the divorce before the suicide. Bourdain had not finalized the divorce with Busia.
