Wendell Pierce arrested at Atlanta hotel for attacking Bernie Sander's supporter.

Star of HBO's, The Wire, Wendell Pierce was taken into custody after he attacked Bernie Sander’s supporters at Atlanta Hotel.

Atlanta Police Department spokesman Donald Hannah says in a statement that Pierce was arrested early on Saturday morning at the Loews Atlanta Hotel after he was accused.

To be clear, it was at the time of 3:30 AM, Pierce has run over a man and a woman. He was angry with them after knowing them as the supporter of Sander when the talk turned political.

He is a vocal Hillary Clinton supporter.

It was said that Pierce shoved the man and grabbed the woman by her hair before slapping her. According to TMZ, the couple returned to their room and called security for help.

Pierce is in Atlanta to film a movie, who was arrested and booked for battery before posting a $1,000 bond and being released.
