Elissa Ennis testifies that she lied about the domestic abuse against her ex-boyfriend Reuben Foster. On Thursday, May 17 she revealed that she made a fake statement back but now clears that 49er linebacker Foster didn’t hit her.
Reuben Foster former girlfriend Elissa Ennis testifies at a preliminary court hearing on Thursday, May 17 that she made a false claim against the San Francisco 49ers linebacker that he attacked her, which led a case of domestic violence against him.
She said he didn’t drag her downstairs by pulling her hair, nor he hit her multiple time including the throw out scenario, as originally said to cops. Explaining about the wounds, a ruptured eardrum and cuts in face including other body parts as well as the bruises – came from a fight with another woman after a road-rage incident.
In the 2 hours testimony, she also admitted that she has earlier done same with different boyfriend in 2011.
“I want him to go down. I was pissed,” said Ennis. She added “It was all a money scheme. I didn't want to get this far in the news. It was about money.”
Though the prosecutors are not convinced with her and believe that she truly called 911 saying “my boyfriend’s beating me up.” As she has given a different reason about her injury, she told the court she was involved in a road-rage incident on Feb 10 and on Feb 13 she told a detective that she fought with a woman after drinking in a bar.
If found guilty Foster could be jailed for 11 years and has not participated in the offseason program due to his ongoing case.
