Are Rachel Mcadams and Taylor Kitsch dating? We don't know yet, but rumors have been circling around about an ongoing romance between the two for more than two months now. They have been pictured together several times, which might be because they both work together. Both are currently starring on the hit HBO anthology series True Detective.
But, it seems like their relationship is not just professional. They have been pictured at brunches and dinners for a while now. According to a source for Us weekly, “It hasn’t been long, but it’s serious."
The pair who have been friends for a while now apparently "grew closer on set" and are “really into each other!”
They were again seen having brunch together in California. And an eyewitness, told Dish nation that "They were definitely canoodling."
"They were laughing, touching, staring into each other's eyes as the pics show and smiling...but not holding hands."
They have neither confirmed nor denied the rumors. Kitsch addressed the rumor without giving much away in an interview at an event at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
"There is no record," said Kitsch. "There is nothing to set straight; she's an amazing actress and a great gal,"
Mcadams also told ET online that talking about her dating life is "weird."
She said, “(It’s the) weird, weird, bizarre, surreal side of it but I guess you just have to laugh at it at a certain point."
"I'm like, 'Who are these people? How did they confirm that? I find it really confusing, but yeah, it's an odd little thing."
In the interview, she also talked about the new season of True Detective.
“We had a little bit of a safety net in that it’s completely different characters and a totally different story. I think Nic (Pizzolato) is doing something unique again with this season [being] different from the last.”
“Of course, there’s going to be comparisons and of course, you want it to be just as good but I think it’s a different beast this year. I appreciate that because if you hold on tight to the old format, you don’t grow and it doesn’t get to breathe. I admire that he took another leap this year.”
McAdams, who is of Canadian nationality, plays an all American detective Ani Bezzerides, a police sergeant with great skills (and hair).
Ani's love interest, with whom she had a son, meets a fateful end in True detective before they can get married. Let's just hope that doesn't happen to a future husband in real life.
McAdams has previously been linked with the likes Jake Gyllenhaal and Ryan Gosling. So, is Kitsch an addition to her slew of attractive boyfriends? Her fans on Twitter certainly think so.
