Poppy Montgomery shares how she lost baby weight after becoming pregnant with husband Shawn

"Unforgettable" star Poppy Montgomery, who was recently pregnant with her third baby, has revealed how she lost the weight she gained during her pregnancy. The Australian born American actress was married to Microsoft executive Shawn Sanford in the April of 2014. She already had two children before her marriage. She gave birth to her youngest son Gus Monroe in late 2014 with her husband Shawn Sanford.

The actress, who is best known for her role in hit TV series "Without a Trace", is considered to have one of the best body figures in the industry. The actress has already had three pregnancies under her belt .Her revelations gave a lot of insights into how celebrities seamlessly get back to their former bodies even after their pregnancy.

Poppy Montgomery reportedly stated that healthy food and regular exercise were the main secrets behind her sexy, svelte shape. Regular breast feeding and weight lifting were also the driving factors behind her getting back to her former body, she stated. Actress credited her trainer Joe Dowell for helping her get back in shape. She also encouraged mothers who are on the same road as she was, to try their best to get back in shape as soon as possible.

Poppy Montgomery, who is now in her early forties, still has the appeal of a young woman in her early twenties. The actress was listed 45 in Maxim magazine’s Hot 100 in year 2005. She enjoys horse riding, skate boarding and several other board games. She also practices yoga. She believes that physical exercise is essential to maintain a healthy and fit body.
