Who is Sianoa Smit-McPhee dating?

Australian actress Sianoa Smit-McPhee is best remembered for her portrayal of introverted and studious girl Bree Timmins who is later transformed into a Goth in the extremely popular Australian series Neighbours.

Apparently, there are rumors that the Neighbours star has been dating. It is said that she has been in a relationship with her boyfriend since her school days. It is speculated that the good friend she mentioned in an interview with HorrorNews might be her boyfriend. She is not married yet but her long time boyfriend might be her future husband.

We hope she announces about her relationship as she had opened up about her much buzzed about weight loss.

The 24-year-old actress has been acting since she was young. Seemingly born to be an actor, she had shown an interest in acting at the age of two. The daughter of legendary actor and former professional wrestler, Andy Mc-Phee began pursuing her dreams by the age of three through modeling and appearing in commercials.

Sianoa had made her first screen appearance on television on 2005 in the role of Bree Timmins when she was thirteen years old.

After a couple of years, her character was written off and she made her final appearance on the show in July 2007.

Many speculated her leaving the show to be a huge mistake of the show-runners. In an interview with Aussie magazine, she revealed that she had left the show because of contract and stuff. She added that she want to move forward in her career.

“I didn’t want to stay (on Neighbours) any longer and if I’d stayed there more than that I would be known as just Bree and I wanted to do something different,” Sianoa said.

However, it proved to be the biggest break for Sianoa at a very young age. She was even nominated for Best Young Actor at the 2006 Inside Soap Awards for her portrayal of Bree.

In addition to that, actress Sianoa received wide recognition and critical acclaim for her performance. Renowned journalist from The Age, Larissa Dubecki appreciated Sianoa and wrote:

“Played with all the knowing insouciance a 13-year-old can muster by Sianoa Smit-McPhee. Bree is positively sage-like amid the daily hysteria of her mob.”

To heighten up her career to the next level, she starred in the Disney Channel’s television series As the Bell Rings as DJ from 2007 to 2009. Later, she appeared in various TV shows in the role of Sue Walsh in Criminal Minds, Bridesmaid in It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia and Darby Drecker in the HBO series Hung.

Sianoa landed to feature in a movie in 2008 with the lead character of Desma in the short fantasy film Hugo. She has also starred in movies including Fireflight, Touchback, All Cheerleaders Die and Mall.

She made her recent appearance in the 2016 movie adaptation of Lauren Kate’s novel Fallen as Molly Zane.
