Tyler Seguin progresses..... a little.

Tyler Seguin was in poor condition due to a lower-body injury on April 16 that Stars coach Lindy Ruff announced that the 24-year-old center will not play in Game 7 against the St. Louis.
"He's not available to play right now," Ruff said. "I'm not going to try to deceive you, he's not ready to play yet. He's just hit his next step on the way back again. He's closer than he was a couple of days ago."

Since then Seguin has been skating on his own but he did participate in drills on Tuesday and looked healthier than before. On April, he jumped into regular line rushes at practice Wednesday and was declared available to play in Game 1 Thursday of the Stars’ first-round playoff series against the Minnesota Wild. However, the return of Seguin may not be a sure thing as the star player is still recovering from injury.

Seguin suffered a partially cut Achilles on March 17, had the laceration sewn up and then missed 11 games thereon. He worked hard to play and participated in Game 2 against Minnesota on April 16. He played 15:40 before he suffered another lower body injury. Since then, he has missed 10 games.

Well, we wish Seguin a speedy recovery and can’t wait to see him in the arena playing again.
