Top Gear's Chris Evans is acting like a total diva.

Jeremy Clarkson had to leave Top Gear after punching the producer in his face. Chris Evans was hired as a new presenter, now news are coming up alleging Evans is acting like a total diva and is headed towards the path, where the former presenter ended his journey. According to the sun, he has been criticised by BBC staff for behaving worse than previous presenter Jeremy Clarkson.

After joining top gear, Evans now has  two jobs. He is hosting Top gear but alongside he is presenting the Radio 2 breakfast show.

The Sun reported that Evans, 50, has upset staff at BBC Radio 2 and that his radio backroom team are becoming increasingly concerned about his outbursts and behaviour. The report also quotes, “Chris’s ego is out of control and he’s behaving far worse than Clarkson ever did — which is the opposite of what the Top Gear change was meant to create.’- a BBC staff.

The report produced so far criticizing Evans for his behavior has been falsified by Mark Linsey, acting director of BBC Television. According to Linsey, "Chris is a consummate professional and a real team-player. He is a passionate presenter who commits his heart and soul into everything he does - whether his Radio 2 show, Children In Need or Top Gear - and we are extremely fortunate to have him leading the show.”

The hit BBC show Top Gear has announced that former Friends star Matt Le Blanc will be joining Chris Evans to host the globally-popular motoring show.

There were rumors building up stating that Evans is apparently not happy about it. Lindsey once again silenced the rumors saying it is "simply not true".

He added, "Chris and Matt are part of a wider production team that is full of brilliant and talented people. That team is tight-knit, in great spirits and utterly focused on delivering the best possible series for viewers."
