The Dick Van Dyke Show star Rose Marie Dies at 94

Sally Rogers on "The Dick Van Dyke Show," Rose Marie died at the age of 94 on Thursday. She died while resting in her home in Los Angeles. She was found dead by her caretaker, Harlan Boll, about 2 p.m. and did not release any more information regarding her death.

Rose Marie's spokesman flashed the news of her death and tribute a post. He wrote, "Heaven just got a whole lot funnier." The creator of The Dick Van Dyke Show, Carl Reiner also tweeted that he was sad to learn of the passing of Rose Marie.

A child grew up to co-star on The Dick Van Dyke Show

An actress, singer, and comedian, Rose Marie began performing at age three after winning an amateur contest which took her to Atlantic City and soon she began performing on network radio.

The Dick Van Dyke Show was created by Carl Reiner where Rose Marie acted with the TV show's eponymous star and gained popularity. She grew up to co-star on "The Dick Van Dyke Show" and became the figure on the show of game "The Hollywood Squares."

Most of the people know Rose Marie as Sally Rogers, the only women among three comedy writer for the television variety series.

Rose Marie was also known as WOMEN'S-LIB part. Rose Marie was the first women's-lib part that was ever on television. During an interview with the Academy of television, she said that she made money same as the boy made and there should not be discrimination between men and women.
