Radamel Falcao is still in high demand despite poor statistics

We can all agree that the Colombian striker did not have the most successful career this season around. He was only able to score a single goal in 10 appearances for Chelsea despite his fame as a remarkable striker.

Despite his poor form, it seems Falcao is demanded by the Turkish giant Galatasaray and its president Dursun Ozbek. According to a Turkish newspaper fotomac, Ozbek is looking for a star player for the team and may be settling for Falcao.

Falco was doing pretty well in his tenure in Athletico Madrid scoring 70 goals in 91 matches. When he was transferred to Monaco, he had great hopes fall upon him and for the time, he was able to fulfill it exceptionally. Because of his knee injury, he was loaned out to Manchester United and Chelsea. Although he was a great asset to his team prior to his injury, he was not able to contribute much to the English side. While in Chelsea, he was again left out of the squad due to his muscular injury. His contract to Monaco is until 2018 but has not played for the team for quite a while now.

As a player Falcao is considered to be the player who is able to strike from any angle and having the most natural form than others. He is good at coordination and rarely misses a chance when on offense. He might be having trouble adapting to the atmosphere and the life of the English Premier League and Chelsea has not shown any interest in keeping him as well. We hope he will do well wherever he goes.
