Peter Lawwell is content with the way Celtic is now.

The Chief Executive of Celtic F.C Peter Lawwell has expressed his content regarding his club. Since the current manager Ronny Deila is all set to leave the club, Peter might be looking for some trivial reforming the team, but overall he seems quite happy with it.

Despite meeting with harsh criticism from the fans, Peter believes that Celtic is fine just the way it is. He does not criticize Ronny for his work as a manager and rather believes that he did a pretty good job but felt that he was focusing more on winning rather than developing the players and the club.

"…this season, the frustration Ronny felt himself is that we haven’t made the progress we would have liked to in terms of development. There is a slight conflict between development and win, win, win. I asked myself whether he was enjoying this because of the pressures of winning and that he was not getting out on the training ground to develop (the players) as he much as he should have. I felt, at times, he wasn’t enjoying it as much. I felt for him."

The Scottish giant is dominating their league and next season will be much more fun with Aberdeen, Hearts and Rangers returning stronger than ever

When asked about the next Celtic manager, he did not give a straight answer. Maybe he has already decided who the next manager is going to be or haven’t decided at all. Will it be Roy Keane? We sure hope so.
