NFL sportscaster Lindsay Rhodes says she is happily married to her husband, dismisses rumors of her divorce

Lindsay Rhodes, the American sportscaster and television personality, has denied the rumors surrounding her marriage. Reports and speculations were rife that the NFL host/reporter Rhodes and her husband Matt Rhodes are heading for a divorce.

However, Rhodes has dismissed such reports terming them to be ‘baseless’ and ‘false.’ Mentioning there has been no any such problems, she firmly stated everything is well in their paradise.

Rhodes and her husband Matt got married in 2012 and have a child together. The NFL host/reporter has clearly stated she is much happily married to her husband and their marital life is as blissful as of any other happy couple.

If Rhodes is dismissing all these reports then where did all these ‘false’ news surfaced in the media? Well, following her denials, maybe it became viral after some gossipmongers passed it without digging out the fact.

This 38 year old hottest sports anchor is not visibly-happy at all with the ongoing tittle-tattle about her personal life. With the ‘false’ reports floating around, the television personality attracted much media attention.

After the news of Matt and Lindsay’s divorce surfaced in the media, her fans and followers on Twitter and Instagram seemed pretty upset and some of them even went on to tweet about the couple heading for separation. But now after the sportscaster has openly declined possibility of such ‘baseless’ rumors, her fans can once again be happy. 

On the professional front, the sportscaster-cum-media personality started her career at an ABC affiliate in Yakima, Washington doing weekend sports and weekday news reporting. She later moved to KKFX, a Fox affiliate in Santa Barbara, California where she worked as a weekday sports anchor. She began working at FSN West full-time in January 2003, and over the time she emerged as "one of the most visible reporters and anchors" on that network.

The California-born sports journalist has also served as a sports desk reporter for NBC Sports coverage of the 2008 Summer Olympics. She was given the American Women in Radio and Television: GENII Award, for "Excellence in Sports Reporting" in 2010. 

Rhodes joined NFL Network in the fall of 2008 as a host, anchor and reporter. In 2011, she took on a new role and added NFL Total Access co-host alongside Scott Hason.  She also contributes to NFL Network Now news updates and on NFL GameDay Morning filing field reports from around the league.

The NFL host and anchor Lindsay completed her education from El Toro High School, Lake Forest, California. The 5.5 feet tall media celebrity is a graduate of University of California.

 She later changed her name from Soto to Rhodes following her wedding with her husband Matt Rhodes. On the height of her successful career and perfect happy life, the news of their divorce would surely come as a shock.
