A gorgeous Japanese actress Mirai born in Ayase, Kanagawa in May 1993. Mirai is best known for her role as Kazumi Kanda. Her role in the Japanese television show 'JoA no KyAshitsu' gained her a Television Drama Academy Award.

Mirai showed her great passion towards acting since her early age. She also continued her education alongside her acting career. Shida completed her high school from Horikoshi High School.

Moving on her career in acting, Mirai started her career with Eien no ½ in 2000. During her first few years in acting, she didn't get much attention. But, she made her recognition after her appearance in the TV series The Queen's Classroom as Kazumi Kanda.

Mirai Shida earned a number of awards and recognitions from her career. Her first award as an actress came in the year 2005. She then earned a Best Newcomer award for her performance in Joo no Kyoshitsu. A year later, she won the Best Newcomer, Best Actress for 14-year-old Mother.

Mirai also won Rookie of the year and Suisensho Award for her role in the television series 14-year-old Mother. Later, in 2008, she collected the 58th Television Drama Academy Awards for the best actress for Seigi no Mikata.

In 2010, Mirai gained the 33rd Japan Academy Prize's Newcomer Award for Dare mo Mamotte Kutenai. In the same year, she won the Best Actress Award for her performance in the film Shokojo Seira. Shida received the award in the 63rd television drama Academy Awards.
