Joss Whedon and Mark Ruffalo speak at a panel at the Tribeca Film Festival.

Joss Whedon, the director of Avengers: Age of Ultron and his co-worker and a better friend actor Mark Ruffalo had a delightful conversation at a panel at the Tribeca Film Festival. The conversation was all about the Whedon’s film career and his fondness towards his work.

The video of Whedon and Ruffalo's more than one-hour conversation is right here-

It feels very amusing to watch the video that how two friends just get deeper into the discussion.

The talks revolve around Whedon and his career that how much he puts himself into his work and so on. But at some point, Whedon and Ruffalo also recalled about their first meeting about Ruffalo possibly playing Hulk, and how they developed of the iteration of the character that would make his debut in The Avengers.

In the interview, Whedon even showed his frustrations, more particularly how he has been handling his frustrations taking the movie Avengers: Age of Ultron. Though the movie was rated 4 out of 5, his conflict with Marvel Studios, the production company of the movie to cut the scenes which he supposed to be kept was an issue.

Despite the end of conflict and the bitterness between Whedon and Marvel, Whedon does not want to work with the Marvel as he does not want more pressures

Whedon told the audience-

“There are things that did not meet my expectations of myself, and I was so beaten down by the process. Some of that was conflict with Marvel, which is inevitable, but a lot of that was about my own work. And I was also exhausted, and we went right away and did publicity, and I sort of created the narrative, wherein I’m not quite accomplished at it, and people just ran with that: ‘Well, it’s okay, it could be better, but it’s not Joss’s fault.’ And I think that did a disservice to the movie and to the studio and to myself, ultimately. It was not the right way to be, because I am very proud of it.”

Including conversation brought out the real friendship of Whedon and Ruffalo and Ruffalo’s honest answers regarding Ruffalo’s questions.
