Legend thinks it is an incredible honor that he was cast as Jesus and got an opportunity to perform with talent group including Sara Bareilles. Bareilles plays as Mary Magdalene who is a believer, a disciple and a friend of Jesus. The whole broadcast is through the eyes of Jesus disciple Judas played by Brandon Victor Dixon.

Judas loves his message as he does to Jesus and fight to convey the message to the Jesus believers around the world. The live show also put light on the betrayal. It’s the crucifixion. And the relation between Jesus and Mary is totally thrilling.

Legend, who has the least experience than other in the show has been familiar with Jesus show when he was a high school teenager. In the high school, he sang some of the related show choir.

As Legend said “Then was Then, this is now# Jesus Christ Superstar,” he has that voice that could raise the dead.

Like said the show is a rollercoaster of emotion, the final shot when Jesus is raised to his death on the nailed Cross was breathtaking. The whole show is an epic journey to witness for the viewers.
