1.First take a tape to outside the wall corners, start by attaching a metal or plastic corner bead to the drywall corner.

  1. Then Scoop some of the premixed joint compounds onto a hawk, then apply the compound to the wall corner nice and clean with a 6-inch drywall knife.

3.Then spread the compound down the wall, completely covering the wall corner and apply corner bead on the wet compound. Scrape unwanted compound from the wall.

11.Then Immediately spread more compound around the tape side. Apply with the more pressure on the outer edge of the knife to feather the compound.
