How do you get a Victoria Secrets body? Learn all about model Izabel Goulart's diet and fitness secrets

Last year’s Victoria’s Secret Show left people wondering about the secrets behind the perfect angelic body of the Victoria’s Secret models. Nobody has dared deny the fact that each and every single model performing in the show had an exquisitely shaped body. So, what could be the key behind such an impressive build? Thankfully, Victoria’s secret model, Izabel Goulhart has finally decided to share the secrets behind her perfectly toned body.  

The Brazilian model confessed that her work out was a mixture of everything. She revealed in an interview that her regular exercise consisted of running, Yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, functional training and TRX. She further added that she did these on a periodic basis as one cannot perform all these exercises in a single day.

Goulhart, who is best admired for her impressive abs said, “I have a series of exercises in which I do a lot of core. I enjoy an abs workout. I practice every day and do many different types. Now I have it all together, and I guarantee that between two and three months of practice, anyone can do it.”

In an interview with the Vogue’s magazine, Goulhart gave a list of suggestions on workout. She said that a gym is not the only place where you can work out. “Often, I'll do a quick workout in my hotel room consisting of exercises for the legs, glutes, abs, and arms with my own body weight. Also, I always have a jump rope, a medicine ball I can inflate, and a band in my suitcase. It's a great kit to have for travel.”

She even went as far to suggest that one can work out while flying from one place to another. “I was flying with my brother and he challenged me to work out on the airplane. He thought it was funny—and I did it!”

In addition to work out, Goulhart claimed that a proper diet was also very important. She even shared her own diet routine. “The first thing I do in the morning is prepare fresh juice. I have 15 different recipes, which I drink for 15 days consecutively. Then I repeat the recipes from the beginning for the next 15 days of the month. My juices include fruit, vegetables, leafy greens, and even grains.”

Her last message to her fans was to work out together with friends. “It's so much fun to work out with my friends, brothers, or in a class. It’s so inspiring and it gets you going. Life is about sharing!”

Currently the hot Brazilian model has 510k followers in the Twitter. She has been posting her photos regularly on the Instagram in which she has nearly 1.2m followers. We look forward to seeing her in the upcoming fashion shows in the days to come.
