Greta Van Susteren sells her house for $1.05 million.

Fox News anchor Greta Van Susteren and her husband John Coale has sold her house for $1.05 million. Her Annapolis house was marked for $1.95 million in 2014. The couple had previously purchased his historic house back in 2010 for $1.76 million.

With three-quarter million loss, the House did not return a hefty price.

This house is named Griffith-Worthington House and was built somewhere around 1770-1780 and was owned by Worthington family.

“It was significantly undersold for the market,” a Coldwell Banker agent told The Washington Post, calling that unusual because most historic homes in the area sell close to the listing price.

The house has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and covers 3,999 square feet of area. According to Forbes, Van Susteren is listed as one of the most influential women in media and entertainment in 2014.

Van Susteren and her husband "put more work into the home than they got out of it," she said. She described the home as being in "fabulous" condition. "It's a gorgeous piece of history, but it's a niche market," she said.
