Girl's Aloud star Kimberley Walsh plans to marry as soon as possible. The former Girls Aloud singer got engaged to longtime boyfriend Justin Scott - the father of her 10-month-old child Bobby - earlier this year ,after ten years of dating and they don't want to linger too long before getting married.
She said: ''Hopefully it won't be another 10 years [before we marry]. Justin wants to get married quite quickly - maybe next year we will.''
And the 33-year-old singer is also enthusiastic to include one more child, despite the fact that she wants Bobby to be a little older first.
She said: ''Maybe in another year I'll be ready to go again. I'd like there not to be a huge gap between them, but I've still got my hands full.''
Kimberley thinks her life is much quieter now that Girls Aloud have gone their separate ways, and she thinks she would have struggled more to raise Bobby if she was still a part of the group.
She told new! Magazine: ''My life is definitely not quite as crazy.
''It would have been hard to have a child in Girls Aloud. I would have felt torn between not wanting to let the girls down and being a good mum but now he can be the priority.''
Her life got changed the day of her engagement. The former Girls Aloud singer shared a picture of her engagement ring on her hand on Twitter to disclose the news. With this, she said,” no words about a proposal, the picture said it all.”
Kimberly has been with Justin for more than 10 years, and the pair welcomed their son Bobby into the world on September 4. Following her photograph posted on Twitter - which displays a yellow-colored diamond ring on the ring finger of her left hand - her best friend and former Girls Aloud band mate Cheryl Fernandez-Versini shared her excitement.
Supersonic PR, the agency which represents Kimberley and Cheryl, tweets a message for the newly-engaged star too.
Congratulations on the engagement @KimberleyJWalsh and Justin,' they wrote.
Fans of the blonde beauty were quick to send messages to the bride-to-be on Twitter, too.
A representative for Kimberley also confirmed the engagement news, while a source close to her has added that they plan to marry next year.
The day before revealing her engagement, new mum Kimberley stepped out with her baby son in tow, looking stunning in a fitted Body Frock LBD which displayed her post-pregnancy figure. She seemed to have enjoyed those precious moments.
She may not have enjoyed the same sort of career success as Cheryl Cole, but Girls Aloud’s Kimberley Walsh definitely seems to be luckier in love. And even as her band mate divorced Ashley Cole after their wedding collapsed in February, Miss Walsh is looking forward to start on the path to wedded bliss. Even though research denotes that a normal Briton has nine sexual partners, the 33-year-old, who expects to get hitched to her boyfriend Justin Scott soon, is clearly not among them. She said she has only ever had two boyfriends.
‘I’m a one-guy girl and I’ve never played the field,’ Miss Walsh explained. ‘I’ve only had one previous boyfriend – I’ve just had two healthy relationships in my life.’
The singer, who has been seeing Scott for the past seven years, previously dated lower leagues footballer Martin Pemberton. She met Pemberton, when he was playing for Bradford Park Avenue. However, they split following his move to Stockport County. Soon afterwards she began a relationship with Scott, who was launching his music career with now defunct boy band Triple8.Of her split from Pemberton, she said: ‘I was devastated at the time. It seemed Martin and I was never actually together because of work. I didn’t know what to do but I felt in the end I had to break free.
'I intended to have some time on my own but then Justin came along and I went straight into a new relationship with him. It just happened. ‘We’ve both met people along the way who we’ve thought were attractive, but what I’ve got with Justin is so much more than a possible flirtation. I’ve never met anybody else that has remotely made me question whether or not I should be with him.’
‘I caught the bouquet at my sister’s wedding last weekend, so maybe we’ll wed soon. We’ve been together seven years; we know it will happen eventually.
‘I knew there was something special from the beginning. But I’ve always been the type to question knowing when someone’s The One, as I’ve been in love before and you can fall out of love.
‘But when the years go by and you’re still in love, you start to think that it’s going to stand the test of time. I can’t see it changing now, the longer we’re together, and the surer I am.
All in all, as mentioned before, Kimberly is enjoying her parenthood. She never thought she has gotten fat and needed to lose weight due to her pregnancy.She recently even posed with her pink hair on Instagram.
