Doris Roberts passes away at the age of 90

We are so sorry to say that Raymond’s mommy Marie from ‘Everybody Loves Raymond’ actress Doris Roberts has passed away at the age of 90.

The actress lived her life to the fullest but she will be madly missed by all.

The rep for the actress confirmed Roberts’ death to Hollywood entertainment news website The Wrap.

The actress is reported to pass away at her sweet home in Los Angeles on Sunday. Her son told deadline.com that her mom died in her sleep. For more you can visit TMZ

Roberts has given her best performance in many movies and tv shows. Among them, her role as

Raymond Barone's mother, Marie Barone, on the sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond (1996–2005) is her most appreciated one.

Again actress Patricia Heaton has remarked her death to be "end of an era."

"Doris Roberts was a consummate professional from whom I learned so much," Heaton wrote on her twitter. It further follows "She was funny and tough and loved life, living it to the  fullest." She also tweeted the following.

Roberts’ last appearance was on the KTLA 5 Morning News on Oct. 8, 2015.

In 2014, she remarked on how families are portrayed in television these days.

“I don’t see anything on television that looks like love, or behaves like real love. It’s all so rapid and loud. Nobody’s taking the time to really look and absorb and have a reaction,” Roberts said. “We’re living in a very strange age.” She added.

The actress was born on November 4, 1925, in the beautiful land in St. Louis, Missouri, U.S.

She will always be remembered in our heart and soul. RIP Roberts.
