After her first success, she wrote the TV serial, The Banyan Tree and the documentary, Damage: A Film with Arundhati Roy. She just published her second book on We Are One: A Celebration of Tribal Peoples in 2009.

Similarly, she has another novel of hers, The Ministry of Utmost Happiness, in the Booker Prize 2017 list. The Ministry of Utmost Happiness is currently at $17, and We Are One: A Celebration of Tribal Peoples is at $41 at the US market.
