Cillian Murphy talks Peaky Blinders season 3.

The first episode of the third season of the widely praised historical drama Peaky Blinders has just aired and is already receiving favorable praise.

Cillian Murphy, who has a lead role in the series as Tommy Shelby, promises that this season would be tons better than the first two. He assures that this season would be "much f**king darker and weirder". Cillian has won Biarritz International Festival of Audiovisual Programming awards for his performance in this show and several other nominations as well.

"There's no point in just replicating what you've done before - you have to push it," Murphy told Digital Spy . "But there were times where I was like... f**king hell…".

We see that at the end of the second season of the series, the crime family and Tommy plans to move up in the world. Since the intensity of his desire is widening, we guess the story and the theme will be as interesting as well. Cillian Murphy, Helen McCrory, Charlotte Riley and other fan favorite casts will be returning as well.

“This is particularly true of the new season, the first episode of which is a visual orgy, with its fastidious set design, immaculate costume, and poised shot composition.”, says Christopher Hooton of the Independent.

Fans of Peaky Blinders are going to love how this season will unfold. Since the fourth season has already be confirmed we can only guess that the third season will leave a trail for the fourth season to follow and we are pretty sure it will be even more interesting.

According to the creator Steven Knight, he wants the show to end with the siren of the air raid of the WWII, we are psyched how he will play it out.

The show airs at 9pm on BBC Two.
