Chris Mitchell passes away- Clyde pay emotional tribute.

Alas! The Scottish professional footballer Chris Mitchell passed away at the age of young age of 27 on 6th of May 2016. With that regard, Clyde and Queen's Park paid emotional tribute just after the three days of the death of former Bully Wee defender Mitchell. Mitchell had a brief spell at Clyde before leaving for work-related reasons.

As an emotional tribute, players and fans stood for a minute’s silence wearing black armbands for the tragic demise of the football star at his very young age. That was so moving.

It was in the 14th minute of the match when the Supporters held a minute's applause. Chris Mitchell, the heart of football fans, suffered a dreadful death as he struck by a train at a level crossing near Stirling.

To that Manager, Barry Ferguson said: “We’re all totally devastated by the news."
