46-year-old Krishnan Guru-Murthy is a journalist on Channel 4. He is one of the main anchors of Channel 4 News and the foreign affairs documentary series Unreported World.

Guru-Murthy is no less than a superman as he has reported much of Channel 4’s special coverage of major and risky news events like Omagh bombing in 1998 to September 11th, 2001, the Iraq war of 2003 and the Mumbai attacks of 2008.

A British Indian journalist has covered five general elections in Britain and several other elections around the world. He has been the top anchors or interviewers to present Britain’s political news in Channel 4’s special political programming such as the Ask the Chancellors debate in the 2010 election campaign and How to Save a Hundred Billion Pounds.

Krishnan joined Channel 4 news at his age of 28 in 1998. And he spent the last 10 years with BBC as a reporter, presenter, and producer. As success is worth the patience, it took 10 years long for him to get established in the field of journalism successfully.
