Black Panther Hits $1 Billion Plus Worldwide

Black Panther film hit $1 billion in worldwide box office on 26th day of the release. The Marvel blockbuster movie has accomplished major benchmark on 9 March.

 

The lead star Chadwick Boseman and director Ryan Coogler is really thankful for the audience to love the Black Panther so much. Since the release, the film has broken one after other records of the film industry.

On the fourth day of the release, Black Panther earned $9.9 million that set to earn $41.5 million on the 4th weekend. The film secured the third position to earn that money in box office on the fourth weekend after Avatar, $50m & The Force Awakens $42m.

Black Panther film made $521 million in the domestic market which help it to win the title 9th highest earning movie in the world. The film has now collected $530.8m so it is supposed to stand seventh highest domestic earning film by surpassing Rouge One: A Star Wars Story, $532m and The Dark Knight, $534m.

Since the release, the film has broken one after other records of the film industry.

In the history of Marvels studio, Black Panther is the fifth film to make $1 billion at the box office. The other four are Iron Man 3, The Avengers, Captain America: Civil War, and Avengers: Age of Ultron. So the question now remains whether it end as the best solo superstar on the biggest comic book film in North America.
