American Horror Story star Jamie Brewer who has down syndrome is inspiring the world.

American Horror story actress Jamie Brewer didn’t let Down Syndrome affect her.

Time and again she has shown us that her disability will not get better of her. Jamie has become a role model whose lesson of perseverance has led many people to have a different take on their life.

In February 2015, she walked down the ramp in New York Fashion week and rocked the stage. One may hardly even realize that she is the victim. By doing so she became the first model with Down Syndrome to walk that stage.

"It's a phenomenal feeling being in a dress that Carrie Hammer calls 'The Jamie'. It's an amazing, a really amazing feeling and an amazing opportunity”, she told ET about her experience.

'

Jamie is a great source of inspiration,” says Genevieve, who’s not-for –profit Bus Stop Films teaches special needs students film-making. “We asked her to be in our film and meet the students and she agreed.”

Jamie will speak about diversity and inclusiveness at Australian industry event. AFTRS and Screen NSW have joined with Bus Stop Films to foster pathways for people with disabilities to work in the Australian film and television industry. The event will take place on May 25. Hopefully, the inclusion of popular icons like Jamie will open Genevieve's industry towards international level.
