Kathryn Hahn is in the Cloud 9 right now.

The Crossing Jordan fame is enjoying the media limelight as the leading lady in the new TV series ‘Happyish”. She is getting all the attention she deserves and now the release of a trailer of her upcoming movie “She’s Funny That Way” has really proven her versatility in the field of acting.

This new comedy directed by Peter Bogdanovich's has a trailer released that shows actor Owen Wilson and Hahn as a bickering couple. In the latest clip the on-screen couple are seen arguing with each other in such a way that their cab driver abandons the cab.

The film is set within the world of Broadway where the comedy director Arnold (Owen Wilson) brings his wife (Kathryn Hahn) and his call girl, Izzy (Imogen Poots) together casting them in the same show. The funniest part is that, the Hahn’s character in the movie has to star alongside her ex-lover played by Rhys Ifans.

The story in the film takes a nasty yet funny turn when Arnold’s playwright (Will Forte) starts falling head over heels for Izzy who is already in a relationship with Jane, a role played by Kathryn real life friend Jennifer Aniston. And Jane happens to be Izzy’s therapist. The trailer seems interesting and quite promising as the confusing love hexagon leaves the audiences scratching their heads.

The movie hits theatres on August 21st.

Hahn is often considered one of the most talented actresses in Hollywood. The popular actress who is currently busy in Happyish talked about the show and her food preferences with the Hollywood Reporter. The actress talked about it with the magazine in their first installment of its new “Bites” column.

She says that she loves her coffee.

“I drink a ton of coffee. I take it with a little bit of almond or soy milk, usually almost always iced. Even in New York City I’m such a Californian now that even when I was in New York over the summer I would get an iced Americano,” she said.

She also added that she and her children love bacon spaghetti.

This amazing actress seems to have a very good taste for both food and screen roles.

The Happyish star has a million reasons to be happy. Hahn, who worked as supporting actor in various TV shows ranging from Girls to Parks and Recreation, gave a jaw-dropping performance as a savvy rabbi on Amazon’s Transparent.

After bagging the lead role in the recent television flick, she has shown her zeal as an outstanding actress.

On Happyish, Hahn plays Lee, a creative artist whose potential and creativity for life feels somewhat thwarted by her status as a relatively new parent. Her husband (played by Steve Coogan) is a disgruntled ad man who also feels the uneasiness of parenthood. The chemistry between these two is worth watching. Originally Philip Seymour Hoffman was cast for the role of her husband but he died after filming the pilot episode.

The actress who appeared in movies including We’re the Millers, Step Brothers, and the Tomorrowland, spoke to TIME about how she works on building proper chemistry with her co-stars and how motherhood made her a better actress.
