Is Natalie Cassidy expecting a second baby with her fiancé?
A two-time British soap award winning actress Cassidy has been in a relationship with cameraman Marc Humphreys since 2014. On 27 October 2015, the couple announced that they were engaged. Humphreys got down on one knee to celebrate their first anniversary.
A few months later on February 13, 2016, Cassidy revealed she was pregnant with her second child. She tweeted, ‘Evening all… Time to let everybody know that @cameramarc and I are having a baby in the summer. The three musketeers become four.’
The couple now seems to be focused on the sound health of Cassidy so that their upcoming baby would be fit and healthy rather than their marriage. Their marriage date has not been announced yet but we soon hope to see them happily married as husband and wife.
Natalie, 32, already has a daughter, Eliza, with her former fiancé Adam Cottrell. With Cottrell, Cassidy had a volatile on-off relationship for four years. Cottrell was of violence nature as he was charged with two offenses of assault and two charges of criminal damage after a row turned physical. Despite all these, Cassidy desperately tried to make their relationship work for the sake of their daughter Eliza but as nothing lasts forever their engagement broke down.
In an interview, she said, “Adam’s behavior was unacceptable, but so was mine. I can see that now. I often lashed out physically at him when arguments weren’t going my way. I would hit him or slap him out of frustration and anger.” Their relation seems to be broken because of the revenge taking nature of each other.
Currently, Cassidy seems to be happier with her 2nd fiancé and she is glad that she gave her love life a second chance. She never wants to look back on her life and remember about that eventual split.
The London-born actress had attended the Anna Scher Theatre as a child. Struggling in the entertainment industry since 1990, Cassidy had a notable role in 1993 as Sonia Jackson in EastEnders.
Actress Cassidy has also been a contestant on the seventh series of Strictly Come Dancing and the ninth series of Celebrity Big Brother.
At the end of 2007, Cassidy made headlines after losing a lot of weight and released a fitness DVD entitled Natalie Cassidy’s Then and Now Workout. In 2008, she appeared in the documentary Natalie Cassidy’s Diet Secrets for BBC 3. The fitness conscious Cassidy later gave up her diet and regained her considerable weight. Gaining and losing of her weight has also made her on the news.
Cassidy has not yet appeared in big budget movies but famous for the TV shows like Very Important People and Loose Women. She was also the host of The Health lottery: a competition broadcast on Channel 5.
The net worth of Cassidy has not been provided officially yet.
