Michelle Dockery, soon to be married to boyfriend John Dineen, talks about final season of Downton Abbey in an interview

Here’s sad news for all the fans of Downton Abbey. The internationally hit show ‘Downton Abbey” is coming to an end this year.

The sixth and the final season of the award winning British period drama has already been filmed and Michelle Dockery along with her other cast and crew members took part on a photo call held in The Beverly Hilton Hotel in California on Saturday afternoon as a part of the promotional campaign.

Lady Mary aka Michelle looked magnificent in an eye-catching green dress with a classy slit in the chest area. She made a royal display as she walked wearing a pair of golden open-toe heels. The actress aged 33 wore her black hair in loose waves and grabbed everybody’s attention with her pouty red lips.

The Burnt by the Sun actress was accompanied by her remaining cast members including her co-star Joanne Froggatt. Joanne, who plays Anne Bates, looked exquisite in a monochrome strapless dress with red heeled sandals, which added more feature to her beauty. The gorgeous ladies were joined by Laura Carmichael, Elizabeth McGovern and Penelope Wilton and the screenwriter Hugh Bonneville.

The team of the ITV hit series took part in a media interaction where the charming Michelle mesmerized everybody as she discussed the upcoming season of the show with the media.

The 65 year old screenwriter Hugh Bonneville revealed in the interview that he already had a story for the movie version of the TV show in his mind.

He said, ‘I think I know what the spine of a story for a film would be. I think it would be fun, in a sense, because we'd be making it on a film budget.’

He also said that, he had the concept but the concrete plan for the movie is not ready yet.

We hope that the movie version comes soon with Michelle rocking the screens as Lady Mary Crawley.

Despite the fact that Downton Abbey is going to end this year, actress Michelle Dockery is over the moon right now. The 33 year old Emmy nominated actress has many reasons to be happy right now. First of all the girl is portraying the role of Lady Mary Crawley in a much loved TV show ‘Downton Abbey’, secondly the talented actress is enjoying a singing career and lastly this brunette is engaged to her longtime boyfriend John Dineen.

If you don't know about her musical background, then here’s some much needed information for you all. Michelle is a jazz singer. She sang at the 50th Anniversary of Ronnie Scott's Jazz club in London and sings occasionally with Sadie and the Hotheads. The musical group was formed by Elizabeth McGovern, who plays her mother in Downton Abbey.

Michelle and her financial PR man boyfriend John Dineen shared rings with each other earlier this year and the lovely pair is planning to get married to soon. The news of their engagement surfaced as the lucky lady was reportedly flashing her engagement ring to her Downton Abbey colleagues.

The shy actress, who has been dating Dineen since 2013 is promoting the final season of her hit show on Instagram and Twitter and we hope to see photos of her wedding on these sites pretty soon.
