From 2014 to 2018, he appeared in Entertainment Tonight. In 2020, he guest-starred in Good Morning American Weekend Edition.

They got married in 2008 and went separate ways in 2018 after a decade. 

Dealing With PTSD After His Father's Demise

Following his father's death by suicide in 2014,  Zachary experienced anxiety and PTSD. He began battling an extreme depressive episode and began self-medication with cannabis and alcohol. 

In an interview, he said: "I found myself hitting rock bottom when I wanted to just be numb. I found myself wanting to drink alcohol and just not think. That was something that was really dysregulating for me."

He also added: "I found myself waking up in the morning and feeling like I was having a dissociative experience, but I just didn't want to be living the life I was living. I realized something had to give."

Williams reportedly found help in the different forms of healing, especially relating to not only a healthy lifestyle but connecting with people as well. 

The actor began working with organizations like Bring Change to Mind and Inseparable to help people with depression. In 2020, Zak launched Prepare Your Mind aka PYM which promotes mental health support. 

In October 2020, PYM launches its first product, Mood Chews, a dietary supplement intended to help relieve stress and anxiety.
