Mark Pellegrino does not like watching his own movies, has his wife Tracy review the movies for him

Mark Pellegrino might be one of those actors who just loves quirky roles. He is an American actor who has appeared in nearly hundred films and television roles. He is one of a kind and people know him for his strange yet cool roles and flawless acting skills. He is best known for his role as the Fallen Angel, Lucifer in Supernatural, Paul Bennett in Dexter, Jacob in Lost and as Bishop in Being Human. But you might be surprised to know that this talented actor has not watched a single episode of any of his TV series. Can you believe it? Weird, isn’t it?

In an interview with an online magazine called celebratehiltonhead.com, The Tomorrow People star admitted that he hasn’t watched any of his shows. He also added that it is his wife, Tracy Aziz, who watches them all and reviews each and episode for her beloved husband. Now that’s true love!!

The actor who seemed to be fond of trying out new characters and working on either a thriller or a supernatural TV series openly stated how he does not like to watch himself on his own shows.

“I don’t watch TV. I never watched Lost, I never watched Dexter, I never watched Supernatural, I never watched The Closer, and I won’t watch myself in it,” the Supernatural fame said.

The actor stated that his wife, who is a director, is happy to do his job for him. Pellegrino added that she watches his shows for him and then tells him whether she liked them or not. According to the actor, Tracy is like his other half because she reviews his works and analyses them rather critically

“I let my wife do that. She tells me if she likes it, and if she does then I know it’s good. She’s more objective and has a bigger brain,” the actor revealed.

Tracy Aziz is an aspiring director with movies like Strangers in a Strange Land (2015) The Last Train (2015) and Something Else (2000) under her belt. She is also an acting and writing teacher and an on set acting coach. This might be the reason why Pellegrino’s wife has been successfully reviewing and handling his work for him.

The couple has been married since October 30, 2008. They have one child together and one from Tracy’s previous marriage, which ended in divorce.

Talking about Pellegrino, he himself has said on several occasions that he loved quirky roles. He, who is well known for the role of a Treehorn's blond thug in the cult movie The Big Lebowski where he stuffs The Dude's head down the toilet, admitted that he liked looking at guys whom society dubs as bad guys.

“I like quirky roles. I like looking at guys who a lot of people think are bad guys and turning it around a little bit and putting it on its head. Like, a lot of people thought Paul in Dexter was a bad guy (a domestic abuser). I thought of him as a guy who just wanted to get his family back together and have him react as any man would react under the circumstances,” Pellegrino clarified.

“I let the audience judge the morality or immorality of the character, but for me everything I do as the character has to be right or justified. Otherwise, I wouldn’t do it. Even Lucifer [Pellegrino’s character portraying Satan on Supernatural], even that character was right,” he said.

So we all know his love for eccentric roles. You can follow him on Twitter where he is quite active with more than 300K followers. He has an estimated net worth of $3 million.
