Lutz Bachmann fined for initiating hatred on Facebook.

The founder of the anti-Islam Organization PEGIDA Lutz Bachmann, 43 is facing criticism in social media due to a controversial post on Facebook. He was found guilty after he was caught posting hateful comments towards refugees on his Facebook page.

He resigned from his post in Pegida after a photograph of Bachmann with toothbrush mustache was shared in social media

 Toothbrush moustache is a style of mustache shaved at the edges to three to five centimeter above the center of the lip. This mustache is also similar to that of Adolf Hitler.

He was called ‘cattle’ ‘scumbag’ and ‘filth’ on Facebook. He was even found guilty of sedition. The government demands jail for Lutz.

His attorney said that they have requested a jail term of seven months without probation so they will consider filing for appeal or revision of sentence. Lutz and his wife left the court in silence.

The protests have grabbed many international media attention, the crowd are about 17000 at once.
