Lin-Manuel Miranda Released "Almost Like Praying" to Benefit Puerto Rico

Lin-Manuel Miranda; an American actor, a composer, playwright, and a lyricist who came into the spotlight after appearing in the Broadway musicals "In the Heights" and "Hamilton."

The creator of Hamilton, Lin-Manuel Miranda released a song with the help from the celebrity friends to raise some funds to help the people affected by the hurricane in Puerto Rico.

Since Hurricane Maria affected Puerto Rico, several athletes, politicians, artists, and celebrities, they have tried to help the victim out, here comes Hamilton's creator, Lin-Manuel Miranda. Now, the song of Miranda to benefit the Puerto Rica is officially out.

Miranda gathered the voices of Puerto Rican stars and released a heartfelt tribute to the island. The song stars several celebrities from salsa legends to actors.

The track features salsa legends Ruben Blades and Gilberto Santa Rosa, the pop artists Marc Anthony, Luis Fonsi, and Camila Cabello; the American rap artists Joell Ortiz and Fat Joe; the actors John Leguizamo, Gina Rodriguez, and Rita Moreno.

Besides this, the track also features Dessa, Gloria Estefan, Juan Luis Guerra, John Leguizamo, Rita Moreno, Jennifer Lopez, Ana Villafane, PJ Sin Suela, Anthony Ramos, Alex LAcamoire, Ednita Nazario, and Joell Otiz. Every 78 towns were mentioned in the lyrics.
