On Friday, 28th May 2021, Schleyer, who had appeared on Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s season of the reality television show The Bachelor, revealed that she has given birth to her first child. The reality television personality revealed that she and her husband, Zack Santagate, have welcomed a baby girl together.
Schleyer announced the happy news via Instagram. She uploaded a sweet video honoring her daughter. In the caption, Schleyer revealed that her daughter was born on 21st May 2021, at 10:03 a.m. She also revealed the name of her daughter, Iottie Blue Santagate. She wrote: our world will never be the same.

On the other side, her husband also confirmed the birth of his daughter on social media account. He also uploaded the same video as his wife and also posted a picture of their newborn daughter nestled in the hospital blanket. He wrote: My whole world. Lottie Blue Santagate | 5/21/21.
The arrival of the baby news comes just a couple of days after the reality television personality announced the pregnancy news on Instagram. Schleyer announced the pregnancy news just a day before her due date.

Schleyer and Santagate have been enjoying almost two years long marital life. Back on 22nd March 2019, the reality television personality revealed that her boyfriend popped the question.
