Jason Bateman is at the Tribeca Film Festival and a waitress apparently spilled drinks all over him.

A wine bath?

An aspiring director plus veteran actor got a wine bath out of surprise after his Tribeca premiere of his newly directed movie ‘The Family Fang’ on Saturday, Page Six reported.

One of the spy at an after-party from the film said “A waitress holding a tray of about 10 drinks walked over to Jason and two other guests to offer them drinks and tripped,”

“The entire tray dumped over on him. She didn’t immediately realize who he was until he started helping her pick everything up. She turned bright red and was so embarrassed.”, the spy added.

The waitress must have said sorry  many times but Jason did not seem to mind for a second. Instead of being cold for her splash, he started helping her pick everything up. This shows his nice gesture and kindness.

That resulted in an immediate scene but it soon came under control.

The incident was certainly an accident and it was definitely not intended. Again, the  media was instructed not to make a big deal out of it.

The party was grand and was sponsored by Hendrick’s Gin. It was organized at hot Tribeca eatery White Street. And of course enjoyed by all.

The movie unravels the story when the elder Fangs go missing under circumstances full of mysteries. The siblings then are forced to unpack long-dominant and unresolved issues from their unorthodox childhoods as they search for their parents.

It stars Nicole Kidman, Jason Bateman himself, Christopher Walken, Maryann Plunkett, Jason Butler Harner and Kathryn Hahn.

It is sure that Jason has nailed it this time. The movie is scheduled to be released on April 29, 2016, in the United States by Starz Digital.
