The actress is living with her long-term partner Freddy Adu since 17th of April, 2008. He is a football player by profession. The cute little family is living together for more than seven years by now.

It is strange that the actress and her boyfriend Adu have been living together for many years by now. You know what some celebrities cannot even last their marriage for this long and this couple has been with each other for this long without getting married.

Because of this, people often ask them about why do not they get married already or what’s the reason of them staying together, taking on responsibility for their daughter but yet being unmarried. However, the actress has not revealed anything about it but the football player informally told to media that they do not need any legal bondage to be together.

Well if that’s true, are they never getting married or what? The question remains answered however we fans would really like to see Simmons in a beautiful white dress, walking down the aisle and taking a wedding vow with his beloved man.

And now if we have to rewind her life to some years back, she has dated only one guy,  Michael Seater in February 2007 before she got into Adu. To be clear we do not know when he actress broke up with Seater but again we don’t care about that anymore when Simmons has been enjoying her life with her second boyfriend Adu.

Simmons is one of the popular celebrities on social media, especially on twitter and Instagram. She is occasionally seen on Facebook too. She doesn’t post much but often shares videos and other stuff.

The actress is well acclaimed for being versatile. Besides being an actress, she is also a director and a teacher. With her New York and Ontario teaching certification, she is now teaching for the Peel District School Board at the High School level.

Simmons is one of those actresses who really knows how to get herself into the role in movies and tv shows and this talent of hers has given her abundance of roles in various genres of movies.

Virtual Mom, The Sandy Bottom Orchestra, I Was a Sixth Grade Alien, Zenon: The Zequel, The Zack Files, Girlstuff/Boystuff, Too Young to Be a Dad, Strange Days at Blake Holsey High, Ace Lightning, Life with Derek etc are some of her remarkable contributions in filmography.
