After changing the title from ‘move that body’ to ‘shake that body’, the R-rated comedy is now bringing the casts together.

The three comedians, Ilana Glazer, Kate Mckinnon and Jillian Bell are amongst the latest to join the cast. The three talented comedians will be joining the previously announced cast members, Scarlet Johansson and Zoe Kravitz in the comedy movie.

Ilana Glazer is an actress and writer, known for Broad City (2014), The Night Before(2015) and Time Traveling Bong (2016). A fan tweeted,

Kate, first openly lesbian cast member on Saturday Night Live is one of the most promising comediennes.  Her hilarious sketches and incredible, spot-on celebrity impression make her a can’t miss on Saturday nights. Now that she ihas been cast in Rock That Body, you can’t miss her here as well!

Jillian Bell, writer of Saturday Night Live is also joining the cast of Rock That Body!

Written and produced by Broad City’s Lucia Aniello and Paul W. Downs, who work with Glazer on the cult favorite comedy television series Broad City, the story revolves around five friends who rent a beach house in Miami for a wild bachelorette weekend, and accidentally end up killing a male stripper. This Miami-set bachelorette party goes off the rails in an unexpected way.

Downs also will star, with Aniello directing. Matt Tolmach and Dave Becky are also producing with Aniello and Downs.

Jonathan Kadin is overseeing for the studio.

Although the character details have not been revealed yet, but as speculated Johansson, Kravitz, McKinnon, Bell, and Glazer play the friends and Downs will be the stripper.

Sony Pictures picked up the Rock That Body script last summer and they are busy with all the developments.

The release date has not been picked up yet but the shooting is set to start this august. We are hopeful to see the comedy fully loaded with laughter extravagance in theaters next year if they don’t make it this year.
