Also known as Brown gas generator, HHO is a unique but controversial concept which was first discovered and suggested by Professor Yull Brown in around 1960’s.
Mr. Yull claimed to have created a technique of separating the oxygen and hydrogen molecules from water by using electricity, thereby permitting him to utilize the two elements for activities such as automobile fuel or welding.
The fuel generated through this technique referred to ta HHO gas, hydroxyl or oxyhydrogen, and also as Brown’s gas. Simply, HHO is shorthand for H2O that contains two hydrogen molecules and one oxygen molecule.

HHO kit is used to electrolyze the hydrogen and oxygen atoms effectively out of the water without separating them, but by creating a smart and active form of gas that contains H, O, H2, O2, and H2O as well. Then the gas is injected into an intake of the vehicle, after filtering it, here it combines along with the air and petrol or diesel.
The hydrogen and oxygen mix with the fuel inside the engine, which makes the fuel burn faster, with more energy and much cleaner. The HHO gas during exploding, return backs into water within microseconds, and it turns into extremely hot steam, clearing the inner part of the engine.
Since the gas is being responsible for burning fuel faster and more effectively then the waste reduces and the energy delivered where it needed most inside the engine. This is the reason it provides the extra mileage, better engine functions, and fewer emissions by enhancing combustion efficiencies.
And keep in mind with all the advancement in technology and engineering, today’s engines are only efficient near to 25%, so it is imaginable just by enhancing the combustion efficiency of a small percent can provide a huge difference in mileage and emissions.
Further, the hydrogen burns extremely fast up to 40,000 per/sec. vs. gasoline that burns only one of tenth i.e. 4000 fps. The fast burning clean hydrogen, 66% of the HHO gas along with the 33% of pure oxygen burns the hydrocarbons in the gasoline cleaner and faster by evolving more energy by the same amount of time.

Advantages of implementing HHO
HHO can reduce hydrocarbons from 10% to nearly 90%, as well as decrease the spending of fuels up to 30%.
The more fuel burns, more the engine gets wrecked and rattled up, while we switch to the additional hydrogen, it can increase the performance and the power of the vehicle.
Use of HHO reduces the CO2 emissions as well, pollutions generating from the fuels used in engines can be controlled through this mechanism which is supportive for a healthy environment.
Hydrogen effects the combustion cycle and provides higher combustion efficiency in a vehicle that makes the engine much quieter, so it can be useful for noise and vibration reduction.
Not only that, it also removes the carbon inside the engine and protects from future carbon deposits, which is supportive of increasing the life span of the engine.
