Hayden Panettiere talks about moms. babies and more.

Nashville's actress Hayden Panettiere expresses her dream that one day every mother will be able to talk about Postpartum Depression openly. Depression is a big trouble by itself and Postpartum Depression further increases the problem from the moms which cause mood disorder and anxiety and paranoia. Now, she is again facing the same problem and seeking medication.

Panettiere, who herself welcomed her first daughter faced the same problem. She admits that she faced all the symptoms. Raising a child is obviously hard. Hayden, however, tries to be the best mother but that too comes with some complexion.

“The postpartum depression I have been experiencing has impacted every aspect of my life,” she explained to fans. “Rather than stay stuck due to unhealthy coping mechanisms I have chosen to take time to reflect holistically on my health and life. Wish me luck!”

“I can very much relate. It’s something a lot of women experience. When [you’re told] about postpartum depression you think it’s ‘I feel negative feelings towards my child, I want to injure or hurt my child’ — I’ve never, ever had those feelings. Some women do. But you don’t realize how broad of a spectrum you can really experience that on. It’s something that needs to be talked about. Women need to know that they’re not alone, and that it does heal,”

It is pretty hard going for moms. Hayden Panettiere wishes that her fiancé Wladimir Klitschko can become a mother so that he can feel the depression that she is going through. Following that, she admits that Wladimir will somehow go through it.

“I was always so terrified that people weren’t going to accept me,” the 26-year-old tells Yahoo! Style in a new interview of revealing that she had PPD.

She also admits that she is getting more and more support. “The more open I was, the more acceptance I got from people. I got so much support and so much love.”
