Hattie Morahan in the upcoming 'Beauty And The Beast' movie

With the movie beauty and the beast teased for March 17, 2017, there has been a great anticipation and buildup for the movie. Especially, with Emma Watson on the major role as Belle the hype could not be higher. Along with Emma, Ian McKellen, Luke Evans, and Hattie Morahan also joins the cast along with several others.

Morahan will play the role of Agathe the Enchantress, a cunning woman taking on the disguise of an old, helpless woman seeking shelter to test the Prince's heart. Although she is a minor character in the story, Morahan’s addition in the cast is an interesting one.

The film's music is composed by Alan Menken, who won two Oscars for his work on the Disney's 1991 animated film, along with three-time Oscar winner Tim Rice.

38-year-old Hattie who has appeared in the movies like Eternal Law (2007) and series like The Jewel in the Crown (1984) has won best actress by Magnolia Awards for the TV series Sense and Sensibility (2008). As such her fans are really excited for her performance in the movie.
