Gonzalo Higuain sets a record in Serie A.

Argentinian player Gonzalo Higuain has set a record for his team Napoli in Serie A, the record that was unbeatable for the span of more than six decades. Higuan scored a hattrick in 20 minutes against Frosinone on Saturday night. Napoli won 4-0 in the match.  It was great!

28-year of age had scored 18 league goals last season standing in the fifth place in the league. This time around he scored twice as much and took his team to the second position.

By scoring 36 goals, he managed to beat the record of Gunnar Nordahl, who had scored 35 goals in 1949-50 season for AC Milan.

 “I had such an immense desire to beat this record and I have to thank everyone, above all my family, the city, the staff, the club and the team,” said Higuain.

Among the highest goal scorer this season, Higuan outrun everyone with the high difference. Paulo Dyabala scored 19 runs becoming the second highest scorer. Carlos Bacca is in the third place with 18 goals.

Napoli rising to the runner-up position has profoundly aided to Higuain. He is surely going to give a significant contribution to Champions League that will follow the next season.
