Former Actress and hot Yoga Instructor Hudson Leick talks about new yoga retreats in a interview!!

Sexy American actress, certified yoga instructor and intuitive counselor at the Healing Yoga Center, Hudson Leick recently announced her series of Intensive Yoga Retreats.

The Xena: The Warrior Princess star discussed her latest venture, Buddhist Compassion with Daily Offbeat. The retreats, which are open for people of all levels and body types, were announced on social media sites like Twitter and Facebook. And the actress, who brought life to the character of popular villainess Callisto, even asked her fans to pass on the information to the ones they loved and people who could benefit from such a healing time.

Leick was interviewed by Zeena Scheck of Daily Offbeat with whom she discussed everything about the new retreats, their benefits e and her intention behind opening yoga retreats.

"My intention is to create a safe place for you to get more connected to yourself and to learn how to be more present, which in the end just means to deepen your love and acceptance of self," she said.

The highlighting features of the retreats are four 1.5 - 2 hour yoga classes and a sacred movement dance class. The hot and physically fit actress also made it quite clear that the retreats would also have other fun features such as chanting, meditating, sharing, welcome circle, closing circle, and a special secret picnic, if the weather favors.

Leick is accomplished in Yoga and has specialized in Kundalini, Hatha, and a modified version of Ashtanga yoga. Anyone who attends classes with her will surely experience all of these together.

The former actress has been studying yoga for over twenty years. Besides learning herself, she shared her knowledge of Yoga for more than sixteen years. She is also a member of the California Yoga Teacher's Association and studied with such yoga masters such as Ana Forrest, Erich Schiffman and Gurmukh.

Her list of Yogic study does not end there. She has also studied Vipassana meditation in Nepal. She also practices Kriya Yoga, the 5Rhythms approach to movement. This form is a mix of shamanistic, ecstatic, mystical and eastern philosophy for fluidity.

Her first retreat was opened at The Inn at Fox Hollow in Woodbury, New York on October 16th to 18th, 2015. She also held a hometown retreat in Los Angeles at Hilton Garden Inn LAX/El Segundo from November 13th to 15th, this year. The actress is also planning to return to Czech Republic this month.

Leick previously dated boyfriend John Kaiser from 1995 to 2005. We don’t know if they were married or had any children together as information regarding her personal life is quite rare. She has an estimated net worth of $16 million.
