Lady Pamela recalled the moment and revealed that Princess Elizabeth II was happy to find out her favorite corgi, Susan was hidden under a rug in her carriage so that she could join them for their honeymoon at Broadlands.

She explained that Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip's wedding was just like a fairytale and full of excitement. She said:

During their wedding ceremony, when bride's veil was being fitted, the tiara broke. When Queen Elizabeth II was about to leave, her bouquet was lost. Lady Pamela kept on sharing the moment:

Prince Philip's another cousin, David Milford Haven served as their best man. Lady Pamela expressed:
We followed the newly married couple through the ecstatic crowds back to the palace, closely followed by [Elizabeth’s father] the King and [her grandmother] Queen Mary and most of the royalty of Europe.
Lady Pamela shared that after the photo session, she along with bridesmaid joined the bride and groom to the balcony. Everytime the newly married couple waved at the crowd, the cheering volume increased, and the crowd sang All The Nice Girls Love A Sailor.
