Conor McGregor says he's retiring soon. McGregor explicitly writes on his twitter 'I have decided to retire young' But why?
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) featherweight champion McGregor wrote on his twitter that he has decided to retire young. The 27 years old Irish star just retired from mixed martial arts (MMA). The reason he gave is he wants to get out of the combat sports while he is young and has all his faculties or something like that.
The star has been scheduled to fight Nate Diaz at UFC 200 on July 9 in Las Vegas in a rematch of their bout earlier this year where Diaz posted an upset in USF 196. He doesn’t seem to have that fight after all, however, whether Conor would fight again remains a question.
Here is his tweet
I have decided to retire young.
Thanks for the cheese.

McGregor sent the MMA world into chaos in no time with this post.
After some hours, UFC President Dana White announced Tuesday night on SportsCenter that the promotion has pulled Conor from the main event at UFC 200. It was because McGregor was hesitant to go to Las Vegas to participate in mandatory promotional activities.
Actually, Conor tweeted that thing a week after Joao Carvalho died from injuries suffered during a fight in Dublin, Ireland which was attended by Conor himself.
Now does that incident has anything to do with his decision to get retired soon? We do not know that yet.
McGregor, who was ringside at Carvalho's fight in Dublin wrote the following on his facebook last week. "To see a young man doing what he loves, competing for a chance at a better life, and then to have it taken away is truly heartbreaking," Yes that is really heartbreaking.
