Comedian Trevor Moore Is No More!! Dies By Accident At 41

The entertainment industry faced an unreplaceable loss after the sudden demise of American comedian Trevor Moore, widely famous as the co-founder of The Whitest Kids U' Know. Moore, who started his career at 16 from writing weekly cartoons for newspaper and to TV acclaim as a comedy figure, died in an accident at 41, in 2021.

The creator and producer of Walk the Prank, Trevor Moore, has left many with questions and tears after the news of his death broke out. Reportedly, the Aires-born (April 4, 1980) died at the age of 41, on August 6, 2021after 4 months of his birthday. 

While the exact cause of Moore's death is yet to be out, his manager Kara Welker confirmed the sad news on the behalf of wife Aimee Carlson and the whole Moore family in a heartful statement. As per the statement released, the 6 feet 6 inches tall American comedian died after an unspecified accident.

The statement read:

"We are devastated by the loss of my husband, best friend, and the father of our son. He was known as a writer and comedian to millions, and yet to us, he was simply the center of our whole world. We don’t know how we’ll go on without him, but we’re thankful for the memories we do have that will stay with us forever. We appreciate the outpouring of love and support we have received from everyone. This is a tragic and sudden loss and we ask that you please respect our privacy during this time of grieving."

Surfing through Trevor's Instagram page (@itrevormoore), before the day he died, his most recent IG posts were about the stream of his team's program Friday Newsboyz on August 5.

Even if Moore is no more with us, his TV acclaims will lead as a guide to the new footsteps of the comedian industry.

Survived By Wife And Son

The late American comedian with his liquidated talent as a director, creator, and musician is survived by his wife Aimee Carlson, and their son August.

Moore's wife Aimee is a TV producer; worked as an executive producer of Cloak & Dagger (2019). The Kenyon College graduate is also a TV and movie editor at Myspace.com.

The duo got married on October 9, 2010, at a nondenominational ceremony at the Botanic Garden, in Brooklyn. They remained together for more than a decade until the sudden and shocking death of Trevor.

Currently, Aimee resides in Los Angeles with their child.

Trevor, raised by Christian folk-rock singer parents (Mickey and Becki Moore) started working as a cartoonist for the local newspaper at the age of 16. 

By the time he graduated from Covenant School in Charlottesville, Moore began to develop an interest in films studies. So, he went to Manhattan's SVA School of Visual Arts, leaving out broadcasting major at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Then, while in Virginia, he signed a deal and got his own show The Trevor Moore Show (1996-1998). In 1999, following his move to New York, Moore interned at Saturday Night Live, and would later co-found a comedy troupe, The Whitest Kids U' Know (2007-11), along with Zach Cregger and Sam Brown.

In 2016, Trevor created a comedy TV show Walk the Prank, of which he was a producer too. It then followed his successful creation of other shows, Just Roll with It (2019-21) and Trevor Moore Talk Show (2019-21).

Thanks to his inspiration from his parents, he also even pursued a career in music; has released albums: Drunk Texts to Myself (2013), High in Church (2015), and The Story of Our Times (2018).
