Celebrity Manager Scooter Braun has signed on new clients: Black Eyed Peas to be his next project

Scooter Braun has reportedly been signed on as Black Eyed Peas' new manager. The hip hop group, consisting of pop sensation Fergie, rappers Will.i.am, Apl.de.ap and Taboo is a new addition to Scooter’s list of successful artists. Braun already manages pop stars Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande and Carly Rae Jepsen amongst many others.

Braun has taken on the group's management at a crucial time, because it looks like Black Eyed Peas will be returning big time. It has been 20 years since the band first started it’s journey. After releasing their first ever album, Behind the Front in 1998, the band continued to pursue their musical dreams. However, they were able to gain mainstream success only after singer Fergie joined in 2003. And now, with a new management company, they are expected to release an album celebrating their 20 year anniversary.

However, Fergie doesn’t seem to be into the celebration. Talking to Digital Spy earlier this year, the 40 year old said, "I haven't been in the group for 20 years, so it's more their anniversary of being together for 20 years.

"So maybe they're putting out an album themselves."

This might be a diss at co-star and rapper Will.i.am, who earlier this year said that he wanted to celebrate the dream they had in 1995. Will.I.am said in an interview with Capital Breakfast show with Dave Berry & Lisa Snowdon, “So we’ll make music for them and we’ll just reflect on the dream. The initial dream we had, June 1995.”

With SB projects as their management, we have hopes that they work out whatever complications they are going through and drop an album soon.

Braun has been a great manager to extremenly popular stars and is known to stay loyal and supportive of his clients. Recently, Ariana Grande, whom Braun manages, was involved in a controversial affair after she reportedly licked a donut in a bakery and expressively said that she hated America.

Grande later posted a screenshot on her Twitter account with the caption :

“need to clean up this mouth of mine & set a better example for my babes. i apologize and i love you. always learning.”

The screenshot read :

“What I said in a private moment with my friend, who was buying the donuts, was taken out of context and I am sorry for not using more discretion with my choice of words," she explained. "As an advocate for healthy eating, food is very important to me and I sometimes get upset by how freely we as Americans eat and consume things without giving any thought to the consequences that it has on our health and society as a whole. The fact that the United States has one of the highest child obesity rate in the world frustrates me. We need to do more to educate ourselves and our children about the dangers of overeating and the poison that we put into our bodies. We need to demand more from our food industry. However I should have known better in how I expressed myself; and with my new responsibility to others as a public figure I will strive to be better."

To this, Braun replied, “@ArianaGrande people make mistakes. It is how we learn. Your true character will shine through as it always does :)”

The supportive manager, who has an estimated net worth of $50 million currently resides in Hollywood with his wife, Yael Cohen and their son, Jagger.
