Guys! You must be sad upon the sudden announcement of your hit CBS comedy, Mike & Molly was coming to an end and so is Billy Gardell.

Billy is the American comedian king and plays the role of Chicago police officer Mike Biggs on Mike & Molly.

Billy was sulking on Mike & Molly ending. “We’re Just Trying to Get Through It’, he said.

Yeah, we get it goodbyes are tough especially when the show is hit and us audience want it to run forever. The entire six seasons of the show was claimed to be one of the most liked sitcoms by viewers.

The cast got a chance to comment on the cancellation during the NBC special honoring James Burrows.

Star Billy opened up to Jane Lynch about wrapping up the show. "We're just trying to get through it because we have that same sense of family. I'm Irish: I'll cry and then I'll hit you.", he said.

Billy’s was very sentimental and his sadness was echoed all over when he said: "We're just kind of huddling together like we have since the very beginning.".

Gardell has been visible in the comedian industry since 1989. He has played in many movies and tv shows. Bout we guess among them all, Billy must have a special attachment with Mike & Molly.

In one of his interviews, he shared about his work in Mike & Molly and the show itself. “I come from a working-class family in Pittsburgh, whereas 'Mike & Molly' deals with the working class in Chicago. I swear a little, but I pretty much talk the same. It's not like when you see someone like Tim Allen and he's a lot bluer onstage.”

As you can see the actor is fat and he himself is working on to lose his extra meat but does not want to lose all of it at once. “I have been a big guy all my life, I am not going to lose a bunch of weight because then you're like that weird fat person that got skinny but still has a big head. I don't want to do that. So I'm just trying.”, he said.

He further added, “I've been trying to watch my weight a bit, but when I come to Las Vegas, all bets are off. I get enough healthy food in L.A. where the food is the size of a quarter and costs $40 - when I'm in Vegas, I want a steak!”

Well! The actor seems to be fighting with weight loss issue he cannot get away from eating.

Billy is married to Patty Knight in 2001 and they have a son William together.

His net worth is estimated to be $8 million.
